Terms of Service
Clear, transparent expectations
At Inkanyezi Creations, we believe in clear communication and mutual respect. These terms outline our working relationship and ensure we're all on the same page.
1. Booking & Retainer
Your wedding date is secured once we receive your signed contract and 50% retainer payment. We do not double-book dates. Once your date is secured, it is exclusively yours.
2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. We accept bank transfers, mobile payments, and major credit cards. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellations & Date Changes
We understand that life happens. One date change is welcomed at no charge, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, the retainer is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future session within 12 months.
4. Delivery Timeline
You'll receive a preview gallery within 48 hours of your event. Your full gallery and films will be delivered within 6-10 weeks. Rush editing is available for an additional 30% fee (3-4 week delivery).
5. Usage Rights
You receive full personal usage rights to all delivered images and films. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and personal use. Commercial use requires separate licensing. We retain the right to use your images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. RAW Files
We do not provide RAW files. Just as a chef doesn't serve uncooked ingredients, we don't release unfinished work. You're choosing us for our complete artistic process — from capture to final edit.
7. Travel & Accommodation
For events outside Harare, travel, accommodation, and per diem costs are outlined in your custom proposal. For destination weddings, we factor in travel days to ensure our team arrives rested and ready.
8. Force Majeure
In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill our obligations due to illness, injury, or unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide a qualified replacement. If this is not possible, your payments will be fully refunded.
9. Safety & Conduct
We prioritize safety for everyone — you, your guests, and our team. If conditions become unsafe (e.g., severe weather, unsafe behavior), we reserve the right to pause or conclude coverage. We will communicate clearly and work with you to find the best solution.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Your contract reflects the terms in effect at the time of booking. We'll notify you of any significant changes.
