1. Your date is sacred.

Once your 50% retainer is in and your contract is signed, your date is blocked off for you. We don't double-book. We don't juggle. Your story gets our full attention, start to finish.

2. Clarity before commitment.

You'll always know:

• What's included in your collection
• What your final balance is
• When it's due (always before the event, so you're not stressing on the wedding day)

No surprises. No "by the way" charges at midnight.

3. A team that travels well.

Whether your celebration is in Harare, Kariba, Capetown or beyond, we keep things simple and transparent:

• Travel, accommodation and per diem are clearly outlined in advance
• For destination events, we factor in travel days so the team arrives rested, focused, ready

This means you're not just flying in cameras; you're flying in a clear head and a steady heart.

4. Safety and respect – for everyone.

We protect you, your guests and our team. If something feels unsafe or chaotic, we communicate clearly and prioritise people over content.

5. Artistry you can trust.

You're choosing us for our eye, our taste and our storytelling. We handle editing, colour, sound and pacing with care. We don't release RAW files — not because we're hiding anything, but because unfinished work doesn't honour your story (or ours).

6. Your memories, carefully kept.

We keep your edited files stored for a period to give you a safety net. (We'll still encourage backing up in at least two places.)

7. Honest, human communication.

Life happens. If you need to move your date, we do our best to accommodate. If something unexpected occurs, we find the fairest way forward. We're people first, artists second, business third — in that order.
